To Use: Use once or twice a day on dry hair. Shake well before use. To apply, remove cap. Twist dispenser counter-clockwise until it clicks. Spread evenly onto scalp by tapping lightly. I'm 33, I started using the supplements and toner on September 15, and now it's October 31. Before I started Bomme, ever since I turned 30, I felt like I was losing so much hair, like shocking amounts in the shower or when I brushed it.
