Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy on products purchased directly from bommehair.com.
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@bommehair.com.
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
30-Day First-Time Trial
If you’re new to Bomme, we invite you to experience your first purchase with confidence.
If you’re not satisfied within 30 days of delivery, contact us at hello@bommehair.com and we will review your request and process a refund for your first eligible purchase.
This trial applies to first-time purchases only and is limited to one refund per customer.
Standard Return Eligibility
For all other returns:

Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery

Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

Proof of purchase is required

Products must have been purchased directly from bommehair.com
The following are not eligible for return:

Opened, partially used, or tampered products (outside the first-time trial)

Items altered or filled with other substances

Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or accidental damage

Products purchased from third-party retailers
Bundles & Devices
Multi-month supply sets and the LED Red Light Device must be returned unused and unopened to qualify for a refund.
For bundle purchases, all items included in the set must be returned together. Partial returns are not eligible.
Free Return Shipping
If an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will provide return shipping at no cost and offer a replacement or refund.
For all other approved returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original product and place a new order.
Subscriptions
Subscription orders renew automatically according to the delivery frequency selected (1, 2, or 3 months).
You may update your delivery schedule, shipping address, payment method, pause, or cancel through your account at least 5 days before your next scheduled shipment.
Once a subscription order has processed or shipped, it is subject to this return policy.
Pre-Orders & Backorders
Pre-order or backorder items will ship according to the timeline noted on the product page.
Pre-orders may be canceled prior to fulfillment. Once fulfilled, they are subject to this return policy.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund.
