Shipping Availability
Shipping is currently available within the United States and Canada. We look forward to expanding in the future.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
Complimentary shipping on all U.S. orders. No minimums.
We ship primarily via UPS.
- Processing time: Orders ship within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
- Delivery time: Most orders arrive within 3–6 business days after shipment.
- Shipping restrictions: We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- Tracking: A tracking link will be emailed once your order leaves our warehouse.
Canada Shipping
We ship to Canada via DHL.
- Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

Duties & Taxes:
Canadian orders may be subject to duties, taxes, and import fees assessed by Canadian customs authorities. These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer.
Subscriptions
Select products are available as subscription deliveries every 1, 2, or 3 months — designed for consistent, uninterrupted care.
You may adjust your delivery frequency, update your shipping details, pause, or cancel at any time from your account before your next renewal processes.
To prevent gaps in your routine, billing and shipment may occur a few days prior to your renewal date.
Changes & Address Corrections
Entered the wrong address? Email hello@bommehair.com within 2 hours of ordering. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we can reship once the correct address and postage are confirmed.
Lost / Stolen / Damaged
Marked delivered but not received?
If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package, we recommend first checking around your property, with neighbors, building management, or mailroom locations. Carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered shortly before they arrive.
If the package is still missing after 48 hours, please contact us at hello@bommehair.com and we’ll help investigate the issue with the carrier.
We also recommend contacting the carrier directly (typically UPS) to report the missing delivery. Carriers are often able to check the driver’s delivery scan or GPS location and may be able to provide more immediate information to the recipient.
While we are not responsible for packages once marked as delivered by the carrier, we will work with you to help resolve the situation whenever possible.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address is secure and able to receive packages. If your location has experienced delivery issues in the past, we recommend shipping to a workplace, a trusted neighbor, or a UPS Access Point for secure pickup.
To help prevent delivery issues, customers may also request shipment to a UPS Access Point or secure pickup location.
Damaged items
If your order arrives damaged, please email hello@bommehair.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of:

the outer packaging

the shipping label
-
the damaged product
We will review the issue and arrange a replacement if applicable.
Pre-Orders & Backorders
Items labeled as pre-order or backorder will ship according to the timeline noted on the product page.
Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may ship separately.
