Bomme Revitalizing Scalp Toner

To Use: Use once or twice a day on dry hair. Shake well before use. To apply, remove cap. Twist dispenser counter-clockwise until it clicks. Spread evenly onto scalp by tapping lightly. Twist dispenser back to close. Using dispenser nozzle, gently apply by tapping first and then massage with hands. Do not rinse. Best results occur after 8 weeks of continuous use.
